Circular production process
As fungi can grow on different substrates, our mycoprotein can be produced using sidestreams that we can upcycle, contributing to a more sustainable society together with industry partners.
High protein level, along with other nutritional needs
Our products have a well-balanced amino acid profile, contain beta-glucan and other essential minerals that are needed in animal feed. Our results show that the protein has high digestibility in fish.
